I like the F. Scott Fitzgerald quote. It's kind of like the one attributed to Mother Teresa about Doing it Anyway.. I think it was really written by Dr. Kent Keith though. Are you familiar with it? Here is one line from the poem.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of having selfish ulterior motives, be kind anyway.

So anyway, I'm still at it.
