Hi Richard, Thank you for your thoughtful message—I really appreciate it. The future of the art market is on everyone’s mind these days, and you’re not alone in feeling uncertain. There’s so much shifting around us, and it’s only natural to wonder where things are headed. That said, I do think there’s always a place for art, even if the ways we share and connect with it continue to change. Art adapts, and so do artists.

I admire your focus on self-care as a top priority. Sometimes, the best thing we can do in turbulent times is to take a step back, quiet the mind, and focus on what brings us peace and purpose. It’s not easy, but as you said, it may be the ultimate form of self-care. Thank you again for your kind words—they mean a lot to me. Keep taking care of yourself and keep creating when you feel ready. We’re all in this together, finding our way forward.

I have mixed feelings as to whether there will even continue to be an art market any more- what do you think? It really feels better to trust that the Universe is aligning things for some higher and better outcome, but it is a hard thing to do when you see the complete insanity all around and your logical linear mind won’t shut up, but that seems like the ultimate self-care to me. You are an angel disguised as one of us!!!
